摘要
在酸性条件下碘化物对亚硝酸氧化亚砷酸的反应具有显著的催化作用,当钼酸铵存在时,用抗坏血酸中止反应后,反应产物砷酸同时还原为砷钼蓝而显色,据此建立了催化光度法测痕量碘化物的新方法,本方法的检出限为0.02ng/mL,测定的线性范围为0~60ng/20mL,应用本方法测定了尿样中碘化物的含量,获得了满意的结果。
The oxidation of arsenious acid by nitrous acid can be
catalyzed by iodide in acidic solution.When ammonium molybdate is present and the reaction
is stopped by ascorbic acid,the arsenate produced can form molybdoarsenate heteropoly blue.
Based on this,a catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace iodide has
been established.The limit of detection is 0.02ng/mL and the linear range is 0~60 ng/20mL.The
method has been used for the determination of iodide in urine samples and the results are
satisfactory.
