摘要
目的:探讨金双歧对创伤后大鼠肠道功能的影响。方法:将30只Wistar大鼠随机分为3组:对照组(Contro1)、肠内免疫营养组(EIN)和金双歧组(EEN)。通过胃造瘘术建立大鼠创伤模型,分别给予不同成分的肠内营养7d,观察各组大鼠小肠黏膜形态,免疫组织化学染色SP法检测3组小肠黏膜中IgA+、CD4+、CD8+细胞的数量,并采用秩和检验方法分析其差异性。结果:肠内免疫营养组和金双歧组术后恢复良好(P<0.05);金双歧组的腹泻累计次数低于对照组、肠内免疫营养组(P<0.05);小肠绒毛高度、肠腺隐窝深度、黏膜厚度、绒毛表面积等测量值显示:各肠内营养组均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),各肠内营养组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05);对照组大鼠小肠黏膜IgA+、CD4+、CD8+细胞计数明显低于肠内免疫营养组和金双歧组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:应用肠内营养,特别是金双歧能使创伤后Wistar大鼠更好地恢复。
Objective:To explore the effects of Golden Bifid on intestinal function in post-traumatic rats.Methods:Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups.Rat models of wound were established by gastrostomy.One of the two enteral nutrition formulas (immunonutrition,and Golden Bifid)was given to each group respectively for 7 d.The shape of small bowel was observed,IgA^+,CD4^+,CD8^+ cell quantity of the small bowel mucosa were detected through immunohistochemical technique.Results:The enteral immunonutrition group and the Golden Bifid group recovered well after surgery (P〈0.05).In golden Bifid group diarrhea times were lower than those in the control group and enteral immunonutrition group (P〈0.05).In intestinal villus height,intestinal gland crypt depth,mucosal thickness and villous surface,the enteral nutrition group was better than the control group (P〈0.05, P〈0.01),there were no significant differences between the enteral nutrition groups(P〉0.05),the quantity of IgA^+,CD4^+,CD8^+ cell was significantly increased in immunonutrition and Golden Bifid group compared with control group (P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion:Enteral nutrition, especially Golden Bifid make Wistar rats post-traumatic better recovery.
