视网膜母细胞瘤保守治疗疗效分析

Effective analysis of conservative treatment for retinoblastoma

目的:探讨保守治疗视网膜母细胞瘤(RB)的效果及其安全性。方法:对2007年1月～2009年12月在我科接受保守治疗的RB患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:18例(22只眼)接受治疗,19只眼的眼部肿瘤消除,3只眼的肿瘤体积缩小。结论:保守治疗RB能够降低患儿的眼球摘除率,提高患儿的生存质量,且安全可行,并发症少。

Objective：To discuss the effectiveness and safety of conservative treatment for retinoblastoma.Methods：To retrospectively analyse the clinical data of the children with retinoblastoma receiving conservative treatment between January 2007 to December 2009 in our department.Results：There were 22 eyes of 18 children,14 cases of unilateral disease and 4 cases of bilateral disease.19 eyes＇ocular region tumors were eliminated,3 eyes＇ tumor volume was reduced.Conclusion：The conservative treatment for retinoblastoma can reduce children＇s eyeball removal rate, improve children＇s survival quality with safety and feasibility and less adverse reactions.
