咽异感症患者80例病因及治疗分析

Analysis on cause and treatment of pharyngeal paraesthesia in 80 cases

目的:探讨咽异感症病因及治疗方法。方法:除耳鼻咽喉常规检查及鼻咽纤维喉镜检查外,并根据病情选择性做消化道钡餐、内镜、鼻内镜或鼻窦CT、颈椎X线片、颈部B超、心电图、茎突X线片、甲状腺功能检查等。针对病因行相应治疗。结果:80例咽异感症患者中,诊断慢性咽喉炎,胃食管反流病、精神因素、更年期综合征、鼻窦炎等10种疾病;所有患者均根据病因进行相应治疗,随访3个月以上,有效率达89.6%。结论:咽异感症的病因较多,要查清病因并综合治疗,才能取得满意疗效。

Objective：To investigate the cause and treatment of pharyngeal paraesthesia.Methods：In addition to routine inspections of otorhinolaryngology and laryngo-fiberoscope,according to the disease conditions to select barium meal,endoscopy,or nasal endoscopic sinus CT,cervical spine X-ray,neck B ultrasound,ECG,styloid process X-ray,thyroid function tests and so on.Appropriate treatment was given for the cause.Results：80 patients with pharyngeal paraesthesia were diagnosed with 10 kinds of diseases,such as chronic laryngi-tis,gastroesophageal reflux disease,mental factors,menopausal syndrome,sinusitis;All patients were treated according to the cause.Follow up lasted for more than 3 months with the effective rate of 89.6%.Conclusion：Pharyngeal paraesthesia has more etiologic factors.Determining the causes and comprehensive treatment can obtain satisfactory results.
