银杏达莫注射液对脑梗死患者血流变学的影响

Study of effect of Ginkgo Dipyridamole Injection on hemorrheology of patients with cerebral infarction

目的:探讨银杏达莫对脑梗死患者血液流变学的影响。方法:随机挑选40例脑梗死患者用银杏达莫治疗2周(治疗组),并设立对照组,仅给予丹参治疗,两组治疗前后检测血液流变学。结果:银杏达莫组治疗前后血液流变学有显著性改变,对照组治疗前后血液流变学无明显差异。结论:银杏达莫组对脑梗死患者血液流变学有明显改善。

Objective：To observe the curative effects of Ginkgo Dipyridolum Injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its influence on hemorrheology.Methods：40 patients with ceyebral infarction were randomly selected and treated with Ginkgo Dipyridamole Injection for two weeks.Another group was only given dangshen.To examine hemorrheology before and after treatment.Results：Before and after treatment,Ginkgo Dipyridamole Injection had obvious effect on hemorrheology.The control group had no effect.Conclusion：Ginkgo Dipyridamole Injection can markedly improve hemorrheology of patients with cerebral infarction.
