皮棉异性杂质的白光/荧光交替成像检测法 被引量:4

Detection of foreign materials in lint cotton with a white-light/fluorescence alternating imaging method

摘要 为检测皮棉中的异性杂质,研究了白光成像和紫外激发荧光成像的相互作用关系,提出一种白光/荧光交替成像检测方法。利用双光源最优时序控制技术,在时间上避免了白光对荧光成像的光谱干扰;利用信息融合技术,同时提取白光成像和荧光成像均在最优检测状态下的异性杂质信息。试验结果表明:该方法综合了白光成像和荧光成像的优点,能有效检测出皮棉中的有色和白色杂质。 The interaction between white-light imaging and ultraviolet induced fluorescence imaging was analyzed to improve detection of foreign materials in lint cotton. A detection method using alternating white-light and fluorescence imaging was then developed using double light sources with timing control to avoid spectral interference from the white light on the fluorescence imaging. An information fusion technique is used to simultaneously extract the foreign material information from optimal white-light and fluorescence imaging results. Tests indicate that the advantages of white-light and fluorescence imaging are effectively combined to detect both colored and white foreign materials in the lint cotton.
