硫脲衍生物及其Cu^+配合物的NMR研究

NMR Study of Thiourea Derivatives and Their Copper(Ⅰ) Complexes

对新的配体硫脲衍生物及其Ｃｕ（Ⅰ）配合物Ｎ－（邻硝基苯基）－Ｎ′－（乙氧基羰基）硫脲（Ｈ２ｏｅｔ）（１），Ｎ－（对硝基苯基）－Ｎ′－（乙氧基羰基）硫脲（Ｈ２ｐｅｔ）（２），Ｎ－（对硝基苯基）－Ｎ′－（丁氧基羰基）硫脲（Ｈ２ｐｂｔ）（３）和Ｃｕ（Ｈ２ｏｅｔ）２Ｃｌ（４），［Ｃｕ（Ｈ２ｐｅｔ）２Ｃｌ］·ＣＨ２Ｃｌ２（５），［Ｃｕ（Ｈ２ｐｂｔ）２Ｃｌ］２（６）作了１Ｈ、１３Ｃ－ＮＭＲ测定，化合物（１）和（６）还进行了Ｈ－ＨＣＯＳＹ（氢－氢相关二维谱）和ＨＭＱＣ（氢核检测的异核多量子相关谱）２ＤＮＭＲ实验，归属了全部的Ｈ、Ｃ谱线；简单讨论了配合物的配位行为。

H、 and 13C NMR spectra of three thiourea derivatives, N_(o_nitrophenyl_N′_(ethoxycarbonyl)thiourea(H2oet)(1), N_(p_nitrophenyl)_N′_(ethoxycarbonyl)thiourea(H2 pet)(2), N_(p_nitrophenyl)_ N′_(butoxycarbonyl)thiourea(H2 pbt)(3), and their copper(Ⅰ)complexes Cu(H2 oet)2 Cl(4),[Cu(H2 pet)2 Cl]·CH2 Cl2 (5), [Cu(H2 pbt)2 Cl]2 (6) are presented. The H_H COSY and HMQC 2D NMR techniques have been employed for the assignment of the 1H and 13C NMR spectra of complexes(1) and (6). The relationship between chemical shifts and coordination properties of the complexes is discussed briefly .
