摘要
在pH为6.7的六次甲基四胺和0.1mol/L的KCl底液中,Zn^(2+)与邻菲罗琳(phen)和镉试剂(cadion)共存体系于-1.30V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的极谱波;锌浓度在5×10^(-8)~1×10^(-6)mol/L之间与峰电流呈良好的线性关系;检测限可达3×10^(-8)mol/L;线性回归方程为:I_y=253.7C_x+9.997,相关系数为0.9970.用所建立的方法测定了发样中的锌,相对标准偏差为1.5%,结果与光度法一致.
The polarographic adsorptive wave of zinc( Ⅱ ) - o -phenanthroline-cadion system was studied in base solution containing hexamethylenetetramine buffer pH 6.7 and 0.1 mol/L KCl. The peak potential is - 1.30 V vs . SCE. The change of peak height with the concentration of zinc( Ⅱ ) is linear in the range of 5 × 10-8 - 1 × 10-6 mol/L, and the detection limit is 3 × 10-8 mol/L. Zinc in human hair was determined by this method, the result is same as by photometry.
