摘要
肿瘤干细胞是肿瘤中一类数量极少,拥有自我更新能力和多向分化潜能的干细胞样细胞。近来的研究发现,肿瘤干细胞中的端粒缩短和端粒酶的重新激活往往导致其转变为肿瘤细胞。该文就目前肿瘤干细胞中端粒和端粒酶的研究进展做一综述。
The TSCs hypothesis emphasizes that tumor stem cells are only a rare,but efficient stem-like tumor cells,they have ability to differentiate into multiple cell types and maintain the multi-potency of differentiation through self-renewal.Recently,more and more evidence indicates that telomere shortening and telomerase re-activation in tumor stem cells often leads to the transformation of tumor stem cells into tumor cells.This review summarizes the research progress of telomere and telomerase in tumor stem cells.
