蛋白质组学是研究蛋白质的组成和动态变化的一门新兴学科。其研究技术主要包括双向凝胶电泳、质谱和生物信息学。蛋白质组学在肿瘤中有广泛应用,本文着重对蛋白质组学技术及其在肿瘤转移中的应用作一综述。

Proteomics is an emerging discipline,which focuses on the study of protein composition and dynamics.And its investigative techniques include two-dimensional gel electrophoresis,mass spectrometry and bioinformatics.Proteomics has widly been applied on the study of tumor.This review focuses on proteomics technology and its application in tumor metastasis.
