摘要
本文研究了OP存在下,5-Br-PADAP与铜的灵敏显色反应。结果表明,在pH9的硼酸-硼砂缓冲溶液中,铜与5-Br-PADAP生成红色配合物,在550nm处测得表观摩尔吸光系数为1.67×105L·mol-1·cm-1。铜量在0-8μg/25mL符合比耳定律。用于测定铅样中微量铜,结果满意。
The colour reaction of copper(Ⅱ) with 5 Br PADAP has been studied in the presence of OP,the red complex is formed in a buffer solution of H 3BO 3 Na 2B 4O 7 at pH 9,the apparent molar absorptivity reached 1.67×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at the wavelength of 550nm.Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0-8μg/25mL for copper.Satisfactory results were obtained for determination of microamounts copper in the samples of lead.
