摘要 生物剂量计广泛用于辐射生物学效应研究,放射伤员分类、诊断、临床治疗和预后,以及太空辐射安全评估等领域。在寻找特异灵敏的辐射生物标志物,建立简便、可靠、快速和高通量的分析方法过程中,分子生物剂量计已成为研究的热点。本文从代谢物组学、基因组学和蛋白质组学三方面介绍近年来分子生物剂量计的研究状况。 Biological dosimeters are widely used in the fields including bio-effect study induced by ionizing radiation,medical triage and diagnosis,clinical treatment and prognosis of radiation wound as well as health risk evaluation of astronaut in space exploration.Molecular biological dosimeter has become a hot spot for the searching of specific and sensitive radiation biomarker and the development of rapid,convenient and high throughput analytic methods,protein and metabolism levels in recent years.The current development of molecular biological dosimeter of radiation is reviewed in terms of metabolomics,genomics,and proteomics.
