摘要
探讨DMT189型细纱机牵伸系统技术特点与性能。阐述了牵伸控制的基本原理,分析了细纱高倍牵伸存在的问题以及DMT189型细纱机牵伸机构的特点,并与SKF牵伸及V型牵伸进行了比较。指出:DTM189型细纱机通过采用后区VC型牵伸、前区延伸型长短双胶圈牵伸及其他一系列技术改进措施,增强了牵伸区对纤维的控制,使总牵伸倍数提高到50倍~150倍。在总牵伸倍数大大超过一般细纱机的条件下,成纱质量主要指标达到了Uster2007公报5%的水平。
Technology characteristic and property of DTM189 spinning frame draft system were discussed. Basic principles of draft control were introduced,existing problems of spinning larger multiples draft and properties of DTM189 spinning frame draft device were analyzed then contrasted with SKF draft system and V type draft. It is pointed out that fibers in draft zone were controlled stronger and total draft multiple could be improved 50 times to 150 times when DTM189 spinning frame adopting VC type draft, double apron draft and other technology measures. In the condition of total draft multiple exceeds ordinary spinning frame draft multiple,main quality indexes of finish yarn could reach Uster 2007 5% level.
