摘要
探讨PTT粘胶PLA三组分混纺纱的纺纱工艺。以PTT纤维、PLA纤维、粘胶纤维进行混纺加工,设计了六种三组分混纺配比。针对三种纤维各自的特性和各个混纺配比的特点确定了条混的纺纱工艺流程,通过优化并条后区牵伸倍数和粗纱、细纱捻系数,使各个配比方案混纺纱的成纱质量均能够满足织造要求。
Spinning processing of PTT viscose PLA blended yarn was discussed. Six kinds of three components blended yarns were designed and spun. According to the three fiber characteristics and blending ratio, spinning processing of sliver blending were defined for blended yarn. Through optimizing draft multiple in back zone, roving and spinning twist factor,finally blended yarn quality in each blending ratio could reach weaving demands.
