Discussion of Developing Multi-component Composite Yarns on Cotton Spinning System

为促进棉纺系统多组分复合纱的开发,从原料选择、复合方式以及纱线结构和性能等方面分析总结了多组分复合纱生产技术。指出:棉纺生产系统具有流程短、产量高、技术完善、适用原料广泛、工艺调节灵活等特点,在进行多组分复合纱的开发和生产上具有比其他纺纱系统更明显的优势。原料性能的互补、可纺性的改善、合适的混配比例是复合纱原料选择要考虑的主要因素,不同原料的复合方式是纺纱的关键技术,最终成纱方法决定着纱线的基本结构与性能特点。

To develop multi-component composite yarn on cotton spinning system,production technologies of muhicomponent composite yarn were summarized from the aspects of choosing raw material, composite style, yarn structure and property et al. It is pointed out that for cotton spinning system,the procedure is short, output is higher,technology is perfect, suitable raw material is much,technology adjustment is flexibie. Contrasting to other spinning system,the advantage of developing or producing multi-components yarn is obvious. Main factors of choosing composite yarn raw material should be complementary property of raw material,better spinnability and proper blending ratio. The key spinning technology should be different raw material composite style. Yarn basic structure and property were decided by final yarn formation.
