纺织品中4-氨基偶氮苯检测方法的试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 对4-氨基偶氮苯检测过程中使用的层析吸附剂填装高度、保险粉含量、萃取剂等进行研究,改进原有检测方法,并对比改进效果。结果表明:吸附剂三氧化二铝2 cm+硅藻土4 cm,保险粉含量1 mL时4-氨基偶氮苯检测效果好;方法改进后4-氨基偶氮苯的检测效果优于成盐法,且各物质回收率分别为:4-氨基偶氮苯96.52%,对苯二胺88.17%,苯胺89.69%。 In testing 4-aminoazobenzene process,chromatography adsorbent filling height,sodium hydrosulfite content and extractant were studied. The raw test method was modified and the effect was contrasted. The result shows that when the high of adsorbent Al2O3 is 2 cm, diatom earth is 4cm,sodium hydrosulfite content is 1 mL,4-aminoazobenzene test effect is better. After modification 4-aminoazobenzene test effect is better than that of salt forming method,4-aminoazobenzene recovery rate is 96.52% ,p-phenylenediamine recovery rate is 88. 17% , anilin recovery is 89.69% , both of them are higher than that of salt forming method recovery rate and none salt forming method recovery rate.
