摘要
本文在深入研究国内快递市场现状的背景下,分析了民营快递企业发展过程中的基本特征,结合国内快递业全面开放的大环境,针对民营快递企业发展中存在的问题及其面对的形势,提出了加强民营快递企业间的战略合作、实施差异化战略及创建强有力的品牌是民营快递企业提高竞争力、保持可持续发展的关键途径。
Based on the present situation of express market in China,this paper analyzes and concludes the characteristics of the private express companies(PEC) during their development process.As the foreign express companies has been allowed to operate in China,many new problems and challenges have occurred to the PEC to whose possible competitiveness and sustainable development this paper proposes several keys,such as: strategic cooperation between those PECs,implementation of differential strategy and forceful brand building.
