西南地区公共图书馆的评估与思考

The Evaluation and Thoughts of Public Library in Southwest Area

本文通过对地、县级基层公共图书馆的基本调查与分析,结合笔者的实际工作经验,根据基层公共图书馆的基本功能、原则,借鉴国外公共图书馆的管理体制与经验,针对我国现行公共图书馆管理体制上存在的弊端,理清思路,提出解决问题的方法和建议,规范公共图书馆建设管理标准,促进图书馆事业的健康发展。

Through the survey and analysis of grass-roots public libraries at both prefectural and county level,this paper puts forward the solutions to the problems existing in the management system of public libraries in our counrty and gets the ideas into shape,according to the functions and principles of grass-roots public libraries and the advanced management system and experience abroad.It aims to regulate the standards of service and management and advance the development of public libraries in southwest area.
