针对公共图书馆治理完善与改革深化的几点思考

公共图书馆要想在高科技迅猛发展的时代得以可持续发展,就必须与时俱进,充分落实科学发展观。笔者认为可通过创新模式、业务机构重组、"五常法"管理等途径推动各项工作的治理完善与改革深化。

Public library should carry out the scientific outlook on development fully keeping pace with the times in order to improve the management and deepen the reform.This paper thinks that can promote them through the ways such as innovation model,business restructuring,etc.
