摘要
湿法磷酸工艺(WPA)中存在大量的危险因素。基于安全生产原则,介绍了预先危险分析法(PHA)的基本概念及实现步骤,利用PHA对以硫酸和磷矿粉为原料的二水法WPA进行了定性安全评价,表列了预先危险分析结果,分析了工艺系统中潜在的危险性,对危险因素进行了分类分级,并提出了相应的预防措施。该分析结果对于控制或消除WPA生产中危险危害因素的发展,防止事故的发生,达到保障工作人员的人身安全和财产安全的目的有重要意义。
Some risk factors exits in WPA production.In line with the principles of safety,the basic concept and specific steps of PHA are introduced. A specific qualitative safety evaluation is taken on the dihydrate WPA production with the concentrated sulfuric acid,phosphate rock as raw materials, the potential risks of WPA are analyzed and appropriate preventive measures are also proposed.Based on the results,some dangerous or harmful factors can be controlled or eliminated,accidents can be avoided,for the purpose of guaranteeing staff's personal safety and property security.
