Progress of two typical explosions in the chemical process industry

摘要 化学过程工业事故可分为3类:火灾、爆炸和毒物泄漏。事故统计分析表明爆炸事故导致的人员伤亡和财产损失最严重。为了更有效地预测爆炸事故以及评估事故后果,探讨了爆炸事故分类,总结了蒸气云爆炸和沸腾液体扩展蒸汽爆炸的事故模型,分析了爆炸事故的防护措施。通过降低爆炸事故的发生概率及减轻事故后果,可有效降低化工过程爆炸事故风险。 All process industry accidents fall under three broad categories-fire,explosion,and toxic release.The analysis of accidents indicates that explosions resulted in the most serious loss of casualty and property.In order to properly predict the likely explosions and to assess the consequence,the classification of explosions is discussed.The models of vapor cloud explosion and boiling liquid expanding vapor explosion are summarized.The preventive and protective measures of explosion are analyzed.The risk of explosions in the chemical process industry can be controlled by reducing the frequency and mitigating the consequence of explosions.
