摘要
研究、开发了一种多离子结构的聚羧酸减水剂中使用引气剂。简要介绍了它的合成工艺、分子结构表征、对混凝土性能和结构的影响。这种引气剂掺量小、引入的气泡泡径小、配剂的混凝土和易性好、泌水少、对强度的降低小。已经在上百万立方米混凝土用聚羧酸和萘系减水剂中应用。
An air-entraining agent for polycarboxylate-type water-reducer with polyionic structure was studied and exploited to application.The synthetic procedure,structure characterization of the air-entraining agent was introduced,and the effects of the air-entraining agent on the structure and properties of concrete were investigated.This air-entraining agent has several advantages,such as low level of addition required,small diameter of the air bubble entrained,good workability of concrete compounded,small concrete bleeding rate,slight reduction to the concrete strength.The air-entraining agent has been applied in over million steres of concrete using polycarboxylate-type or naphthalene series water-reducer.
