应用人工砂预拌砂浆增稠保水材料的研制及其应用性能

讨论了开发研制并推广应用人工砂生产预拌砂浆增稠保水材料的意义和迫切性。通过试验开发了一种能利用国内普通原材料,而保水性和增稠效果均较理想的砂浆增稠保水材料HST,制定了相应的产品标准,并就所研制增稠保水材料应用于人工砂生产的普通干混砌筑、抹灰和地面砂浆的效果进行了总结。

The value and necessity of developing and application of adhesive and water-retaining admixtures for commercial mortar added with manufactured sand is discussed.A kind of adhesive and water-retaining admixture.HST,consisting of the local raw materials is developed experimentally.The standard for adhesive and water-retaining admixture HST is supposed.The test results state that 1） HST can not only be applied in ordinary dry-mixed masonry mortar,but also be applied in plaster mortar and screeding mortar.2）The dry-mixed mortars added with HST can meet different standards and application codes in China.
