摘要 为了解水闸老化病害的程度和原因,按照规范要求对该水闸混凝土结构进行外观质量和耐久性检测分析。结果表明:水闸混凝土结构外观破损明显,露石露砂、顺筋裂缝、钢筋锈蚀、混凝土破损剥落等现象严重;引起破坏的主要原因是混凝土施工质量较差,钢筋保护层厚度不足,钢筋保护层混凝土碳化引起钢筋锈蚀、混凝土胀裂,而水流冲刷磨蚀是水闸过流结构破坏的主要形式。 To investigate the degree of aging and causes of the damages,an inspection and analysis was made on the apparent quality and durability of the concrete structures according to the relevant criteria.The results show that the damages to the appearance of concrete structuresexposed to atmosphere,including honeycombing,cracking along rebar,rebar corrosion,and concrete delamination,are quiteserious,that the poor quality of concrete construction,the insufficient thickness of local concrete cover,and the rebar corrosionexpansion and dilatancy induced by carbonization of concrete cover are the main causes,and that the main form of damages to theoverflow structure is the abrasion resulted from water scouring.
