含硫复合肥(SEF肥)对马铃薯产量及其品质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用田间试验研究含硫复合肥(SEF肥)对马铃薯产量及其品质的影响。结果表明,在本试验条件下进行马铃薯平衡施肥,N、P2O5、K2O和S的养分用量分别为225kg/hm2、150kg/hm2、100kg/hm2、43kg/hm2时马铃薯产量最高,可达到26574kg/hm2;在相同氮、钾肥水平下,磷、硫肥配施可增加马铃薯产量2.2%~20.3%,等养分(706)处理马铃薯增产幅度最大,马铃薯粗淀粉、全氮、粗蛋白、全磷含量增加趋势明显;在相同氮、磷、钾肥水平下,增施硫肥可增加马铃薯产量4.4%~6.0%,有利于促进马铃薯N素积累和组成蛋白质的含硫氨基酸合成,增加马铃薯粗蛋白含量。 Field trials were conducted to investigate influences of sulfur-containing compound fertilizer(SEF fertilizer)on yield and quality of potato.The results of field trial showed that when N,P2O5,K2O and S nutrient content were 225kg/hm^2,150kg/hm^2,100kg/hm^2and 43kg/hm^2,respectively,the potato yield was the highest(26574kg/hm^2)under balanced fertilization.At the same level of Nand K fertilizer,Combined application of P and S fertiliz-ers could increase 2.2%-20.3% of potato yield and increasing trend of starch,total nitrogen,crude protein and total phosphorus content of potato was more obvious.At the same level of N,P and K fertilizer,application of sulfur fertilizer could increase 4.4%-6.0% of yield,since Naccumulation in potato and synthesis of sulfur-containing a-mino acids were accelerated and increasing crude protein of potato increased.
