摘要
研究了不同浓度NaCl对红小豆萌发与生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,随着NaCl浓度的升高,红小豆发芽率、发芽势逐渐降低;株高、根系长度也呈下降趋势。植物过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性、可溶性糖和丙二醛(MDA)含量随着NaCl浓度的增高而不断升高。
Effects of salt stress on seed germination and seedling growth of adzuki bean were studied by treating the seeds with different salt concentrations.The results showed that with the increasing salt concentration,the germination rate and germination energy decreased gradually.Length of the stem and root declined after germination.The activity of CAT,the contents of soluble sugar and MDA increased with the increasing salt concentrations.
