不同种源佛手和圆籽银杏种仁的性状变异分析

摘要 比较分析了广东两个自然产区南雄、和平和非自然产区广州番禺的佛手和圆籽2个银杏品种的核形、种子重量和几种营养物质含量差异。结果表明,不同产地的银杏种仁性状相关的指标(长、宽、厚、宽厚比)较为稳定,重量变异较大;不同产地的银杏种仁可溶性蛋白、脂肪等营养物质含量变异较大;与南雄和和平佛手种仁相比,广州佛手种仁具有粒重较大,淀粉、蛋白和维生素C含量高,脂肪含量适中等特点。广州圆籽种仁具有粒重大,维生素C含量高,淀粉、脂肪含量中等,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量低的特点。 The seeds of two Ginkgo cultivars "Foshou" and "Yuanzi" from three regions in Guangdong were compared on their shape,weight,contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,fat,starch and vitamin C.The seeds showed a small variation on their shape and a great variation on their weight,content of soluble protein and fat depending on their origins.Compared with the seeds from Nanxiong and Heping,the seeds of "Foshou" in Guangzhou were heavier and relatively high in starch,soluble protein and vitamin C.The seeds of "Yuanzi" in Guangzhou were also heavier and high in vitamin C,while low in soluble sugar and soluble protein than the seeds from Nanxiong and Heping.
