摘要
目的:优选滇桂艾纳香的提取工艺。方法:以原儿茶酸总量为考察指标,加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素优选滇桂艾纳香提取工艺。结果:最佳提取条件为加水煎煮2次,第1次15倍水,煎煮1.5h,第2次10倍水,煎煮1h。结论:该提取工艺合理、稳定,原儿茶酸有效成分的提取率高。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize extraction technology of Blumea riparia. METHODS: The extraction technology of B. riparia was optimized with the content of protocatechuic acid as index and with amount of water, extraction time and the times of extraction as factors. RESULTS: The optimum extraction condition was boiling water for 2 times, adding 15-folds water at the first time, decocting for 1.5 h, adding 10-folds water at the second time, decocting for 1 h. CONCLUSION: The extraction technology is reasonable and stable with high yield of protocatechuic acid.
