摘要
目的探讨水体中8-羟基喹啉对鱼类胚胎及仔鱼的毒性作用。方法在大鳞副泥鳅胚胎发育的胚盘隆起期、原肠胚中期、神经胚期、尾芽期和仔鱼孵出期,分别用不同浓度(1.00×10-4,5.00×10-5,2.50×10-5,1.25×10-5,6.25×10-6mol/L)的8-羟基喹啉进行处理,检测胚胎孵化率与畸形率、仔鱼死亡率及体长。结果随着8-羟基喹啉浓度增加,在胚盘隆起期、原肠胚中期、神经胚期、尾芽期开始处理时,大鳞副泥鳅胚胎的孵化率分别由95%减少至87%,78%,74.5%,73%,畸形率由2%增加至63%,75%,72%,64%。在仔鱼孵出期开始处理时,大鳞副泥鳅仔鱼死亡率由4%增加至100%;处理组仔鱼体长短于对照组,并有剂量-效应关系。结论 8-羟基喹啉对大鳞副泥鳅胚胎及仔鱼的发育,有明显的抑制、致畸、致死作用。
Objective To investigate toxic effect of 8-hydroxyquinoline in water on fish embryo and larva.Methods Embryos at different stages and larvae of P.dabryanus(including blastoderm formed,mid-gastrulation,neurula stage,tail bud stage,and newly hatched fish stage) were treated with different concentrations of 8-hydroxyquinoline to test the changes of embryo hatching rate,malformation rate,mortality,and the change in body length of larva.Results With the increase of 8-hydroxyquinoline concentration,the hatching rate of P.dabryanus embryos declined from 95% to 87%,78%,74.5%,and 73%,and the abnomal rate of embryo increased from 2% to 63%,75%,72%,and 64%,respectively.The mortality ratio of larval P.dabryanus increased from 4% to 100%.The body length of larva in treatment groups was shorter than that of the control group with a dose-effect relationship.Conclusion 8-hydroxyquinoline inhibits the development of P.dabryanus embryo and larva,with obvious teratogenic and lethal effects.
