中医思维模式在中医药院校非中医学专业人才培养过程中的作用和途径

Roles of TCM thinking mode in talent training of non-TCM specialties in TCM universities

高等中医药院校的学科专业设置由中医药学拓展到非中医学学科领域,非中医学专业人才培养如何突出中医特色成为一个亟待解决的问题。而中医思维模式对学生创造性思维的培养、解决复杂性科学问题的能力、以及健全人格的培育都有积极作用,对培育突出中医特色的新型开放型人才有重要意义;中医思维模式可以通过加强传统文化教育、加强中医理论教育、形成良好的中医思维氛围、鼓励学生学习中医专业的技能等途径来进行培养,以提高学生社会竞争力。

The specialty provision in TCM universities has expanded from Chinese medical sciences to non-TCM disciplines. It is a problem to be solved urgently how to highlight TCM unique feature in the training of non- TCM talents. TCM thinking mode has a positive effect on the training of students＇creative thinking, ability of solving difficult problems, and healthy personality. TCM thinking mode can be cultivated through strengthening traditional cultural education and TCM theoretic education, forming a good TCM thinking atmosphere, and encouraging students to learn TCM skills.
