解决农村文化产业人才短缺问题的战略措施 被引量：3

摘要 农村文化人才短缺是一种产业结构性缺失或矛盾的产物，解决的办法既要有战略性措施，也要有当下具体的实施计划，这样才能够在弥补缺失的时间、范围和层次等方面取得上佳效果。以下就从这两个方面谈谈对这个问题的认识。
