全民教育目标实施问题解读 被引量:1

摘要 随着时代的进步,教育普及化程度的提高,20世纪90年代,国际上提出全民教育的设想。全民教育的目标简而言之就是普及教育。增加受教育人数,提升全球教育的质量。全民教育目标自提出以来得到了世界各国的响应,但在其推广和实施过程中却面临许多问题和质疑。文章对全民教育目标的制定和实施情况进行了介绍,并详细说明了它所面临的问题.希望能更好地完善全民教育目标,使其实施能够更实际、更有效。
