显性脆秆水稻不育系中脆A的选育 被引量:7

摘要 在三交组合Ⅱ-32B∥协青早B/Dular的F2群体中获得1株显性脆秆水稻,遗传稳定后命名为ZGBCR1。用中9B作轮回亲本与ZGBCR1杂交并连续回交3次,再与中9A测交、连续回交,育成印水型显性脆秆水稻不育系中脆A。中脆A茎叶脆嫩、全生育期表现脆性,配合力好,米质优,对稻瘟病和白叶枯病抗性较好,异交习性好,繁殖制种产量高。用中脆A组配的F1杂种优势强,茎秆容易折断。中脆A于2008年9月通过浙江省农业厅组织的技术鉴定,在稻草饲用和籼粳亚种间杂种优势利用中具有较大的应用潜力。 Zhongcui A, a new ID-type CMS line of brittle culm rice and derived from the cross of Zhong 9A∥ Zhong 9B/ZGBCR1, was developed by China National Rice Research Institute and Shenyang Agricultural University through the testcross and successive backcross method. ZGBCR1 originated from a fragile plant of the F2 population of three-way cross of Ⅱ-32B∥Xieqingzao B/Dular. The brittle culm is controlled by a single dominant gene Zhongcui A has characteristics of the fragility in leaves and culms througout the whole growth stage, high combining ability, fine grain quality, medium resistance to blast and bacterial leaf blight, good flowering habits and high out- crossing rate. The F1 hybrids of Zhongcui A show strong heterosis and are breakable with their leaves and culms. It was technically identified in Zhejiang in September, 2008. It shows a good potentiality in utilization of rice straw as feed and indica-japonica inter-subspecific heterosis.
