摘要
针对在全氢罩式炉改造试生产过程中,出现废气排放不畅引发安全隐患的问题,在对全氢炉热平衡系统进行重新理论计算、诊断评估基础上,提出并实施了技术改进方案,达到了提高加热效率、消除安全隐患的预期效果。在其后的全氢炉国产化自主研发项目中沿用了该技改方案,进一步验证了该方案的实用性和拓展性。
In light of the problem of the hidden trouble induced from non-smooth exhaust of the waste gas in the process of trial production of the full hydrogen bell-type furnace after revamp the thermal equilibrium system of the full hydrogen bell-type furnace is theoretically calculated, diagnosed and assessed over again and thereupon a technological improvement plan is put forward and brought into effect and in the end expected results of elimination of the hidden security trouble and increase in the heating efficiency are achieved. In the independent R&D project of the full hydrogen bell-type furnace thenceforward this technological revamp plan is repeatedly used and its applicability and expandability are thus further proved.
