Comparison Between Requirements of EU Commission Regulations & China National Standards for Electric Lighting Equipment on Efficiency,Performance,and Information Disclosure

本文对比欧盟法规和中国国家标准对光源和电器的能效、性能、信息披露的要求,指出异同及值得中国借鉴的地方。特别指出产品认证和市场监督中,抽样计划对产品实际需要达到的指标有重大影响。

This article compares the Efficiency,Performance,and Information Disclosure requirements for Electric Lighting Equipment from EU Commission Regulations with China National Standards,pointing out the differences and items worthy to be used for reference by China.The paper also states clearly that the sampling plans in certification and market surveillance have substantial impacts to the performance levels to be achieved and maintained.
