摘要
既有建筑地基及基础加固的方法很多,对于不同的建筑物,根据具体的结构形式,选择一种技术先进、经济合理、安全适用的加固方案是非常重要的。结合兰州某高校办公楼基础加固实例,总结和分析了微型钢管混凝土静压桩的诸多优点,介绍了静压桩承载力的计算及合理选用静压桩的施工方法,解决了狭窄场地条件下的施工难题。

Based on office building foundation reinforcement of a Lanzhou College, micro-concrete filled steel tube piles a lot of advantages of static pressure is summarized and analyzed, the calculation of static pile bearing capacity and a reasonable selection of static pile construction method are introduced, problem of the narrow construction site conditions is solved.
