饲粮添喂赖氨酸对羔羊消化代谢的影响

Effects of Dietary Lysine Supplementation on Digestion and Metabolism of Lambs

本研究旨在探讨饲粮中添喂不同水平的赖氨酸对羔羊消化代谢的影响。分别选取16只60～85和120～145日龄的小尾寒羊公羔,根据体重相近原则分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复1只,进行2个批次的试验(60～85日龄:试验1;120～145日龄:试验2)。试验1中各组饲粮中赖氨酸添加水平分别为0、0.6%、1.2%和1.8%,试验2中各组饲粮中赖氨酸添加水平分别为0、0.2%、0.4%和0.6%,试验期8d。结果表明:1)试验1中0.6%、1.2%和1.8%组羔羊有机物的消化量分别比对照组提高了8.55%(P<0.01)、10.36%(P<0.01)和4.21%(P>0.05);氮沉积分别比对照组增加了12.04%(P>0.05)、35.85%(P<0.05)和20.03%(P<0.05);日增重分别比对照组提高了12.08%(P<0.01)、35.88%(P<0.01)和19.98%(P>0.05);2)试验2中0.2%、0.4%和0.6%组羔羊有机物的消化量分别比对照组提高了2.64%(P>0.05)、16.77%(P<0.01)和6.33%(P>0.05);氮沉积分别比对照组增加了18.14%(P<0.05)、32.80%(P<0.05)和19.75%(P<0.05);日增重分别比对照组提高了18.17%(P<0.01)、32.73%(P<0.01)和19.68%(P<0.01)。综合分析得出,本试验条件下,给150日龄以下羔羊添喂一定水平的赖氨酸,可影响羔羊的采食量和消化率,提高有机物的消化量,增加氮沉积,提高日增重,60～85和120～145日龄小尾寒羊公羔饲粮赖氨酸的适宜水平分别为2.0%和0.8%。

Effects of supplementation of lysine on digestion and metabolism of lambs was studied.Sixteen male Small Tail Han sheep lambs with the age of 60 to 85 days in experiment 1 and 120 to 145 days in experiment 2 were divided into 4 groups（4 replicates per group,and 1 lamb per replicate）,and the basal diets were supplemented with lysine of 0,0.6%,1.2% and 1.8% in experiment 1,and 0,0.2%,0.4% and 0.6% in experiment 2,respectively.The results showed as follows：in experiment 1,compared with the control group,the 0.6%,1.2% and 1.8% supplementation of lysine increased the digestion amount of organic matter（OM）by 8.55%（P0.01）,10.36%（P0.01）and 4.21%（P0.05）and 20.03%（P0.05）,respectively;increased nitrogen retention（NR）by 12.04%（P0.05）,35.85%（P0.05）,respectively;and increased daily weight gain（DWG）of lambs by 12.08%（P0.01）,35.88%（P0.01）and 19.98%（P0.05）,respectively;2）in experiment 2,compared with the control group,the 0.2%,0.4% and 0.6% supplementation of lysine increased the digestion amount of OM by 2.64%（P0.05）,16.77%（P0.01）and 6.33%（P0.05）,respectively;increased NR by 18.14%（P0.05）,32.80%（P0.05）and 19.75%（P0.05）,respectively;and increased DWG of lambs by 18.17%（P0.01）,32.73%（P0.01）and 19.68%（P0.01）,respectively.It is concluded that the supplementation of lysine to the diets for lambs at the age below 150 days affected the voluntary intake and the digestibility of the diets,and increased the digestion amount of OM,NR and DWG of the lambs.The suitable levels of lysine in diets for 60 and 120 days＇ Small Tail Han sheep male lambs were 2.0% and 0.8%,respectively.
