摘要
提出了以模型预测控制为基础的有功频率双层监督控制新模式。上层控制器根据系统的实时状态为下层控制器提供参考设定值轨迹,基于模式分析方法建立有功调度中的无功调节成本模型,使无功电压控制与有功频率控制相协调;下层控制器为最优负荷频率控制,将原有的滞后控制方式转化为基于预测的超前控制方式,在超短期负荷预测的基础上建立最优化模型,并采用线性模型预测控制求解,实现了满足CPS考核前提下机组调节量的经济分配,并减少了超调频动。新英格兰10机39节点系统的算例验证了控制策略的有效性。
A two-level supervisory control mode based on model predictive control is proposed for EDC/LFC.The upper controller provides the reference trajectory for lower controller according to the real-time system status.With modal analysis technique,the reactive power adjustment cost model is established for the cooperated control of voltage with AGC.The lower controller is for the optimal load frequency control,which transforms the original lagged control into model predictive control.The optimization model is established based on the short term load forecast,which can be solved by linear model predictive control to realize the economic assignment of unit adjustment with the CPS criterion satisfied and to reduce the overshoot and frequent operation.The effectiveness of proposed control mode is validated by the case study for New England 10-generator 39-bus system.
