摘要 研究一种基于集成磁件的光伏升压移相全桥DC/DC变换器,将集成磁件引入到光伏升压型移相全桥变换器中,即将实现软开关的电感和高频变压器集成在一个磁芯上以减小体积,并采用移相的控制方式实现软开关以提高效率。通过磁路分析,推导出了基于耦合系数的集成磁件表达式,根据耦合系数取值范围的不同,得出了2种集成方式。再根据集成磁件的表达式分析了变换器的开关模态,即集成磁件可实现超前开关管和滞后开关管的零电压开通,并给出了集成磁件的设计依据。该变换器效率及升压比高,结构紧凑,最后通过实验样机进行原理验证。 PV step-up PSFB(Phase Shift Full Bridge) DC/DC converter based on integrated magnetics is researched,which integrates the high-frequency transformer and the inductance for soft switching into one magnetic core to reduce the size and adopts the shift phase control to realize soft switching to increase its efficiency.The expression of the integrated magnetics is deduced based on coupling coefficients through magnetic circuit analysis and two kinds of integration manner are obtained corresponding to different coupling coefficient ranges.Based on the integrated magnetics expression,the switch modes of converter are analyzed for the ZVS of leading and lagging switches.Rules of integrated magnetics design are presented.The designed converter has high efficiency,high voltage gain and compact structure.Test of a 100 W prototype converter verifies the correctness of theoretical analysis.
