摘要
针对梅山钢铁公司炼钢厂两座150t转炉冶炼终点钢水碳氧积波动幅度过大的问题,从热力学和动力学角度分析了终点钢水碳氧积的影响因素,结果发现底吹、炉底厚度、终点枪位是造成碳氧积波动大的主要原因,采取控制措施后,碳氧积控制在0.002 2~0.002 8,波动范围明显变小。
In light of the problem of excessive fluctuation of the end-point carbon-oxygen equilibrium at the two 150 t converters in the Steel-making Plant of Meishan Iron Steel Co. , Ltd. , the factors affecting the end-point carbon-oxygen equilibrium have been analyzed from view points of thermodynamics and dynamics. Results show that the bottom blowing, thickness of furnace and the final position of the lance are three primary causes to the excessive fluctuation of carbon-oxygen equilibrium. The limit of fluctuation is prominently reduced (within the range of 0. 002 2-0.002 8) since adoption of appropriate control measures)
