摘要
在冷轧不锈钢的生产中,带钢的酸洗是其中至关重要的一道工序,酸洗效果的好坏直接影响着带钢表面的质量。本文结合某大型冷轧不锈钢生产厂的实际情况和目前世界上先进的酸洗生产工艺,对国内不锈钢冷带的酸洗工艺和设备进行分析和论述。
Pickling process is one of the most important processes for cold-rolled stainless steel strip.The pickling effect has a direct impact on the quality of the surface strip.Combined with the actual situation of a large cold-rolled stainless steel production plant and the current advanced pickling production process in the world,the pickling process and equipment was analyzed and discussed for domestic stainless steel cold strip.
