卸料小车卡料及其抗冲击改造

摘要 对上钢一厂及宝钢分公司的上料系统中的卸料小车故障率较高进行分析,发现其故障源于铁合金料流对卸料小车内部的冲击,侧板处没有衬板,磨损严重,导致料经常卡在磨损处。针对这一故障,加强对铁合金料流冲击点的维护,选用新的衬板固定方式和新材料的衬板替代原有衬板,改造之后,效果良好。 Through 6-month intership in Steel plant No.1 and Baosteel franch,it found that failure rate and overhaul frequency of the discharge car was high in feeding system which affected the ever-accelerating production rhythm.These failures and maintenance work were derived from the iron alloy material flow on the impact of the discharging car.Side plate without liner and severe wear resulted that material often stuck in the fray.The thransformation such as enhaning the maintenance of the impact point of iron alloy material stream,selecting new liner fixation and new liner material.Good results were obtained after the transformation.
