摘要
唐钢第一钢轧厂转炉除尘净化系统存在一系列问题,无降罩、一文烟尘捕集率过低、除尘风机不能满足要求。经过一系列改造,成功恢复了系统降罩,实现半干式蒸发冷却塔改造和风机变频,取得较好效益。
There were a series of problems in dust cleaning system of 150t converter in Tanggang No.1 steel rolling plant,that were no down cover,low capture rate of dust article and dust cleaning fan can not meet the requirements.After tranformation,system down cover was successfully restored,semi-dry evaporative cooling tower transformation and fan frequency was achieved.
