摘要
本文对目前人们经常食用的十余种平菇类食用菌进行了栽培实验,筛选出适宜于昆明地区栽培的平菇优良品种,并对其营养成分,微量及常量元素的含量作出了分析评价。
The edible fungus (Pleurotus osteatus, Pleurotus sapidus etc.) familiar to people were cultivated
and screening fine variety of strains was studied. Compare and contrast their merits and
shortcomings on their cultivation and output evaluation by the nutrient constituent and trace
elements contents.
