摘要
目的建立红花水提物中有效成分群的定性分析方法。方法采用加热回流法获得红花的水溶性总提物,以槲皮素和羟基红花黄色素A为指标进行方法学考察,用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列-离子阱质谱(HPLC-DAD-MSn)法定性分析红花水提物中的有效成分群。结果红花水提物中槲皮素和羟基红花黄色素A含量分别为0.13%和1.14%,定性分析了红花水提物中19种化学成分,其中1种为未知化学成分。结论所用方法专属性强,可作为红花水提物中有效成分群的定性分析方法 。
Objective To establish a method for qualitative analysis of quercetin and hydroxysafflor yellow A and to identify the other bioactive compounds in the aqueous extract of Carthamus tinctorius L.Methods The aqueous extract of Carthamus tinctorius L.was prepared by heating reflux.Quercetin and hydroxysafflor yellow A were selected as the marker compounds to investigate the validation of proposed method.HPLC-diode array-ion trap mass spectrometer was used to identify the bioactive compounds in the aqueous extract of Carthamus tinctorius L.Results The concentrations of quercetin and hydroxysafflor yellow A were 0.13% and 1.14%,respectively.Nineteen bioactive compounds were identified in the aqueous extract of Carthamus tinctorius L.One of the bioactive compounds had unknown chemical composition,which needing further investigation.Conclusion The proposed method is suitable for the qualitative study of bioactive compounds in the aqueous extract of Carthamus tinctorius L.
