摘要
目的建立同时测定复方公英片中腺苷和咖啡酸含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法采用安捷伦ZorbaxSB-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相A为甲醇,流动相B为0.5%三乙胺(pH=3.71),梯度洗脱;流速为1mL/min;检测波长0~14min为260nm,14~40min为323nm。结果腺苷峰和咖啡酸峰均能良好分离,进样量的线性范围分别为2.042~40.84μg和0.3712~7.424μg,平均加样回收率分别为96.44%和102.19%,RSD分别为1.53%和0.34%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便、准确,重现性好,能排除其他成分的干扰,可用于复方公英片的质量控制。
Objective To study and establish an RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of the contents of adenosine and caffeic acid in Compound Gongying Tablets.Methods The Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) at 25 ℃.The mobile phase A consisted of methanol and the mobile phase B was 0.5% triethylamine(adjusting pH to 3.71 with phosphoric acid) with the gradient elution and the detection wavelength of 260 nm in 0-14 min and 323 nm in 14-40 min,the flow rates was 1 mL /min.Results Adenosine and caffeic acid were linear over the range of 2.042-40.84 μg and 0.371 2-7.424 μg respectively.The average recovery rates were 96.44%,102.19%,RSD were 1.53% and 0.34%(n = 6),respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,effective,which can be used for the quality control of Compound Gongying Tablets.
