摘要
本文将北京市的粮食与蔬菜生产分别作为一个产业整体,在分析各自的经济效益及其变动趋势之基础上,对二者进行了比较分析,得出的主要结论是:(1)粮食和蔬菜产业的经济效益自1985年以来在总体上升到1995年的最高点后均于近两年有所回落.(2)与粮食产业比较,蔬菜是高投入高产出且属劳动密集型的产业,但其劳动投入的产出效率明显低于粮食.(3)粮食与蔬菜产业应在提高产品科技含量。
This paper,which took a grain and vegetable production as a relatively indispensable system respectively,comparatively analyzed their economic benefits and change tendency.A main conclusions from the analyses are as follows:①the economic benefits of grain and vegetable production,as a separate industry,have fallen since 1995 which the benefits had reached the highest points from 1985;②compared with grain industry,the vegetable industry is characterized by high-input and high-output,and with a character of more labor's input,but its labor productivity is obviously lower than that of grain production;③for the sake of gaining a superiority in the market and making their development sustainable in the future,the grain and vegetable industry should pay more attention to increasing scientific and technologic content in their products,and to developing a series of famous,special,new and good quality products,as well as to highlighting processing industry.
