小儿肺胃肠相关疾病的用药分析

Analysis on Medication of Pulmonary-Gastrointestinal Related Diseases in Pediatric Outpatients

目的调查医院儿科门诊小儿肺胃肠相关疾病的用药情况,促进儿科合理用药。方法分不同年龄段统计分析小儿肺胃肠相关疾病的发病情况、抗菌药物和调节胃肠功能药物的使用情况。结果 828例上呼吸道感染患儿中,小儿肺胃肠相关疾病发病率为21.01%(174/828),而且在抗菌药物、调节胃肠功能药物的使用上存在一些问题。结论临床应重视上呼吸道感染患儿的胃肠功能调节,应根据患儿生理病理情况合理使用各类药物。

Objective To investigate the medication of pulmonary-gastrointestinal related diseases in pediatric outpatients of one hospital,so as to promote rational clinical drug use.Methods A total of 828 pediatric outpatients with upper respiratory tract infections were sampled from the hospital.The incidence of pulmonary-gastrointestinal related diseases in different age groups and the medication of antibacterials and regulating gastrointestinal function agents were statistically analyzed.Results Among 828 children cases of upper respiratory tract infections,pulmonary-gastrointestinal related diseases occupied the greater proportion,accounting for 21.01%（174 /828）.Some problems existed in using of antibiotics and regulating gastrointestinal function agents.Conclusion More attention should be paid to rational drug use of pulmonary-gastrointestinal related diseases in pediatric outpatients according to physiological and pathological conditions.
