植酸酶对褐壳蛋用母雏日粮中总磷及植酸磷存留率影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 选用300只5周龄北京红鸡雏母鸡,随机分成5个处理组,每组4个重复,每个重复15只鸡.试验设两个总磷(TP)水平,即TP=0.5%为负对照组,TP=0.7%为正对照组,并在TP=0.5%的基础日粮中添加植酸酶500、700、1000FTU/kg.采用外源指示剂法收集粪便,测定雏鸡对TP及植酸磷(PP)的存留率.结果表明:正对照组TP、PP排泄量最高,负对照组加酶500FTU/kg时,TP、PP排泄量最低,负对照组及加酶组与正对照组差异极显著(P<0.01);负对照组TP、PP的表观存留率最低,加酶750FTUkg组TP、PP表观存留率最高。 A 1 week metabolism experiment on phosphorus and Phytate Phosphorus of Laying Chicken was conducted.300 5-week chicks arranged to five groups with four replicates and 15 chicks each replicate.A Basal diet with 0 5%TP(negative control)or adding 500 750 1000FTU/kg phytase and a diet with normal P level(positive control:0.7%TP)were formulated as five treatments.Excretion was collected with the chromic oxide indication method.Metabolism experiment results showed that feces TP PP excretion of positive control is significantly higher than other four groups and 500FTU/kg phytase group is the lowest.TP PP retention of negative control is significantly lower than other four groups and retention percentage of 750FTU/kg phytase group is the highest.
