活性银离子抗菌液Ⅱ型应用于口腔颌面外科手术后的口腔护理

Clinical Effect of Active Silver Ion Antibacterial SolutionⅡ on Mouth Care after Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

目的探讨活性银离子抗菌液Ⅱ型用于口腔颌面外科手术后患者口腔护理的疗效。方法将行口腔颌面外科手术后的104例患者随机分为治疗组53例和对照组51例,治疗组采用活性银离子抗菌液Ⅱ型棉球进行常规口腔护理,对照组采用生理盐水棉球进行常规口腔护理。比较两组患者术后第3天、第7天、第14天的口腔清洁、口腔异味、口腔炎症和伤口感染情况。结果术后第3天、第7天、第14天,治疗组在保持患者口腔清洁、减少口腔异味、减轻口腔炎症、降低伤口感染率等方面均较对照组有明显效果,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活性银离子抗菌液Ⅱ型用于口腔颌面外科手术后患者的口腔护理疗效较生理盐水更好。

Objective To explore the effect of the mouth care after oral and maxillofacial surgery with Active Silver Ion Antibacterial SolutionⅡ and normal saline.Methods A total of 104 selected patients after oral and maxillofacial surgery were randomly divided into the experimental group with the common mouth care by the cotton ball of Active Silver Ion Antibacterial SolutionⅡ（n = 53） and the control group with the common mouth care by the cotton ball of normal saline.The mouth cleaning,peculiar smell,inflammation and infection on postoperative 3 d,7 d and 14 d were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had the obvious effect on keeping mouth cleaning,reducing peculiar smell,alleviating mouth inflammation and decreasing wound infection,with the statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Active Silver Ion Antibacterial SolutionⅡ is superior to the normal saline in the mouth care after oral and maxillofacial surgery.
